I bought this for my 3.0 swapped 525i. It's a daily driver that I also abuse on the track, clutch kicks and dumps and powershifts. I broke the clutch in for the recommended 500 miles and it's been daily able and track able. I would definitely buy another when this one blows up. build quality was surprising given the price point and my race friends were all impressed. I think the whole setup weighs less than what my dual mass flywheel weighed in its own. The car also revs much quicker and my stock 530i is an accurate comparison. The car isn't more difficult to drive and the pedal pressure is slightly more than stock, most people don't even realize its a hefty performance clutch.
The only thing I don't like is how much the aluminum flywheel charters when it's cold or off the line but it's typical of the characteristics and actually chatters much less than comparable setups I've owned/driven. If you don't like charter get the steel flywheel but either way you can't go wrong.
